The Biopharmaceutical Applied Statistics Symposium (BASS) will have a contributed poster session for the first time. Abstracts should be sent to Anthony Segreti by September 1, 2017, by using the BASS Poster Abstract Form. Notification of acceptance will be communicated no later than September 18, 2017.
The Hotel Indigo does not allow posters to be attached to walls. As a consequence, we are planning to display posters on top of the conference room tables. We plan to accommodate posters using a number of different options.
- Print your poster on a 36 inch by 48-inch Tri-Fold Presentation Board. This option will allow the Tri-Fold Board to display on tabletops with no additional mounting.
- Print your poster on glossy/standard paper, transport via cardboard or plastic tube, mount to foam board at BASS (BASS will provide foam board and easels/foam core stands for tabletop display). We can accommodate posters up to 36 inches by 48 inches.
- Print your poster in Savannah in a local print shop in a format suitable for tabletop display. There is a FedEx print shop approximately 0.3 miles from the Hotel Indigo. Foam board and easels/foam core stands can be provided by BASS if needed.
